From Milano Malpensa airport:  Take the “Malpensa Express” train to Milano Cadorna Station. Then take a taxi (5 minutes ride) or metro MM1 to Piazza Duomo (4 stops)
From Milano Linate airport:  About 30 minutes by taxi.
