Marco Cornaglia is the founding partner of Cornaglia & Associati, a Tax and Accountancy advisory firm based in Milan since 1993.

In his career Marco focused on event driven transactions. He has a profound knowledge of the private equity sector having represented entrepreneurs and private equity funds for tax, legal, and accounting matters in many transactions.

Marco is a chartered accountant and auditor and is a member of several Boards of Statutory Auditors for Italian corporations.

Marco holds a degree in Economics from the Università degli Studi in Verona.
