APE carries out both majority and minority private equity transactions in small and medium family owned businesses, whose total turnover is between 15 and 50 million Euros, that have high growth rates and good operating profitability.

APE seeks businesses operating in stable markets, provides them with financial resources, defines and implements strategic plans, applies its market expertise and supports  the entrepreneurs working closely with them in order to provide useful skills and competence to succeed.

Ape targets companies headquartered in Italy.

APE’s strategy does not prefer any specific industrial sector.  Its action is focused on capital and business development of the Italian company in which it has stake, by means of significant investment and acquisition programs.

- Multiple healthy acquisitions
- Limited recourse to financial leverage

Diversification of the portfolio:
- investment size between 3 and 8 million euros
 
APE invests on capital development and uses Leveraged Buy-out where the operation is required.
