Biolchim Spa, whose headquarters are located in Medicina, close to Bologna, is a leader company in the production of special water-soluble fertilizers to be used in fertirrigation or in foliar application and mainly used for the nutritional needs of all crops (fruits and vegetables). The company has also subsidiaries in Germany, Brasil and Hungary and operates worldwide through its network of representatives and sellers.
The fund’s intervention, together with other institutional investors, is focused on supporting the company in its management reorganization and in widening its product range for a better world market presence.

Based in Quinto di Treviso, Essedue Alimentare is active in the production and selling of fresh potato gnocchi. Trade policy is mainly based on a production under the brand name "Patamore", exclusively distributed in Italy and, to a lesser extent, on a “Private Label” production agreement, distributed both in Italy and in Europe.
The Fund’s investment is aimed to the sale expansion on foreign markets and to the development of synergies with Pamfood. The two companies are lead by the same CEO and refer to the same buyers in the Large-scale Distribution.
 

Fluitek Orsenigo is located in Costa di Mezzate (BG) and has been manufacturing for about twenty years special engineered floating and trunnion ball valves used for hydrocarbons extracting and transporting plants, (Oil & Gas sector). The product is co-engineered with the direct client (general contractor) according to the end user’s specifications. 
The Fund’s mission is to assist the company with its internal growth plan , realized by expanding its client portfolio and the geographical areas it operates in.

Gardaland is the Italian leading company in management of amusement parks.  Thanks to its numerous attractions it is one of the most important amusement parks in Europe, and one of those that can boast the longest tradition having begun its activity on the banks of Garda Lake near Verona back in 1975.
The Fund’s action, along with other institutional investors, allowed Gardaland to rationalize its shareholding structure and to develop initiatives to maintain its leadership position.

Lucomed was founded in 1993 in Carpi (MO) and produces molded and preassembled components for medical devices manufacturing. Lucomed’s products are mainly used for haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, heart surgery and transfusion. In addition to its own range of products the company is able to design and produce devices according to clients’ specifications. 
The purpose of the Fund’s intervention, together with other financial investors, was supporting the company’s management in setting up new production plants.

Since 1975 Lumson has created and marketed cosmetic containers and accessories, focusing on the skin care market segment. Lumson’s growth was driven by the growing demand in the cosmetics industry for standardised packaging that could be produced quickly and creatively customized
The Fund’s intervention allowed the Company to support its strong growth both in Italy and abroad.

Millefiori Srl, with headquarter in Lomagna (Lc), is a company specialised in selecting high quality fragrances and creating design accessories and solutions to release them into the air. Millefiori has a wide and deep range of products and has become a leader in the worldwide niche of high quality fragrances. The company sells its products over 50 countries worldwide through a network of sellers, agents and a property flagship store in USA.
The Fund's support allows the company to increase turnover through expansion in Italy and in foreign markets.

Based in Savona, Pamfood is a food company specialized in the production of fresh sauces: pesto, other fresh sauces, and mayonnaise-based products. Trade policy is mainly based on a production of private labels products. Pamfood promoted and joined the trademark “Pesto Genovese”, guaranteeing the quality brand eligibility for its products.
The Fund’s investment is aimed to the sale expansion on foreign markets and to the development of synergies with Essedue Alimentare. The two companies are lead by the same CEO and refer to the same buyers in the Large-scale Distribution.

Pantex was founded in 1984 and is one of the world leaders for the production of nonwoven fabric and perforated topsheets used as semi-finished goods for feminine hygiene, baby diapers and adult incontinence applications.
The Fund’s action focused on the company’s top technology to increase its European and U.S. market share and to penetrate emerging markets.

Tecnogear is one of the major companies in Reggio Emilia’s mechanical district. Since 1984 it has been active in manufacturing high precision gears and especially Gleason spiral bevel-gear sets. mainly used in applications associated with the gear motor sector. 
The Fund’s goal, co-investing with other financial operators, was to support the Company’s growth plan also by means of mergers and acquisitions.
